He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil C. "Buck" Howser and Doris Howser (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Becky Howser (Beck); his siblings, Phyllis Howser Scholp and Stephen Howser; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Beck (Terry) and Jim Beck (Rae Lynn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
