He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lyons and Alice Lyons (Adams); his wife Bernice Lyons; and his siblings, Edna Fannin, Faye Castle and Ping Lyons.
He is survived by: his sons, Jim Lyons (Terri), Robert Lyons (Debbie) and Timothy Lyons (Angela); and his grandchildren, Erin, Melissa, April, Amber, Amy, Kimberly, Jenn, Matt, Jimmy and Brianna. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
