She is survived by: her spouse Jolly Burkhead; her daughters, Jackie Leskovac (David) of Middletown and Julie Chapman (Chris) of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Eric Williams (Shannon) of Revere, MA, Christopher Schaffer (Michelle) of Middletown, OH, Kyle, TJ Crossley of Carlisle, OH, Chloe and Carlie Leskovac of Middletown, OH; her great grandchildren, Ella Williams of Revere, MA, Addison Schaffer of Middletown, OH, Zaiden and Greyson Schaffer of Middletown, OH.; and her sisters, Emma Lou Becker of Nashville, TN and Linda Jankoski (Edward) of Hamilton, OH. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
