She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Howard; her parents, Ollie Sammons and Zonie Sammons (McGuire); and her siblings, Stella Marie Sammons, Kathleen Mollett (Joy), Brenda Faye Howard and John Paul Sammons.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Howard (Lisa), Tom Howard (Rita), Dave Howard (Jenny) and Bill Howard; and her siblings, Sylvia Smith, Patty Campbell, Judy McGeorge and Stanley Sammons. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren.
