He is survived by: his sister Jane Smith; his wife Gloria Jean Boltin (King) of Springboro; his children, Elizabeth "Missy" Harris (Steve) of Springboro and David Boltin of Greenville; his grandchildren, Kimberly Boltin, Brandon Harris, Jacob Harris, Matthew Boltin and Jeff Boltin; and his great grandchild Nathaniel Boltin.

Memorial Contributions be given to Darke County Humane Society.
