She was predeceased by : her father Randy D. Ford; her mother-in-law Debbie Nickles; her grandfathers, Don Ford (Kay) and Bob Powell (Carol); and her uncle Andy Powell.

She is survived by : her mother Lisa Ford (Powell); her husband Corey; her children, Corey Ratliff Jr., Kaylee Boisel and Rylee Ratliff; her brother Randy Lee Ford (Krystal); her nephews, Andrew Ford and Hayden Ford; her sister-in-law Courtney Ratliff; and her nephew Tyler Ratliff. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shawnee athletic department.
