It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles L. Sivils of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoey Sivils and Veola Sivils; and his siblings, Ray Sivils (Evelyn) of Tazewell, Tennessee and Betty Lambert (Kenneth) of Harrogate, Tennessee.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Sivils; his children, Chuck Sivils (Linda) and Cindy Mowell (John); and his grandsons, John and Charles Mowell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
