He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Taylor (Knasel). He is survived by: his father Patrick Taylor; his brother Nick Taylor; his sibling's children, Dominick, Blake, Nicholas Jr. and Pearl Taylor; and his aunts and uncles, Mike Taylor (Lois), Joan Hosch, Melinda Vaughn (Roger) and Dale Knasel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in honor of Matt.
