Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rosa leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence W. Starr and Lucille Starr (Minton); her former life partner John Ireton; her husband Thomas Cusack; and her sister Susan Starr.

She is survived by : her children, Corrina French (Douglas) and Wayne Ireton (Christina); and her sisters, Patty Brandon and Myra Starr (Fred Henman). She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
