It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tyler John Chaffin of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John H.; and his grandparents, Thomas R. Spahr, Sr., Wanda and Gene Mills. He is survived by: his mother Lisa Chaffin, Jr. (Spahr); his sister Stephanie Chaffin; his stepfather Robert Benston; his stepsister Mya Benston; his grandparents, Sally A. Chaffin, Mary Ann "Middie" Spahr and John H. Chaffin, Sr.; his uncle Thomas Spahr, Jr. (Babs); his aunts, Mary Ann Bogart and Heather Mershon (Joe); and his close friend Katie Bussey. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Due to COVID19, small groups of 10-15 people will rotate in for the visitation.
