He was predeceased by: his parents, William Caulfield and Geneva Caulfield of Springfield, Ohio.; his wife Shirley Caulfield; and his siblings, Donna Green, Joyce Edmunds, Barbara Wilkins and John Caulfield.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Smith, Ginny Adams and William E. Caulfield, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Matthew, Allyson Adams, Sean and Andrea Caulfield; his great grandchildren, Ayla McFarland of Jocy Smith, R. J. and Lily Adams; and his siblings, Sandy Penwell (Jerry) and Cindy Bracken (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Conroy Funeral Home (1660 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 11:45 AM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
