He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean Hubbard; his daughter Renee Michelle Callahan; and his brothers, Robert Hubbard, Percy Hubbard, Melvin Hubbard and Terry Hubbard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lorrie Ann Jarrett (Kevin) of Steubenville and Stephanie Diane Mayfield (John) of Romulus Mich; and his sisters, Dorothy Norman of California, Alice Collins of Steubenville and Brenda Jackson of Steubenville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
