He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Bailie and Mary Martha Hammond Bailie. He is survived by: his wife Michele Dorgan Bailie; and his siblings-in-law, Maryann Gray and Joseph Dorgan (Deb). He is also survived by one nephew; three nieces; two great nephews and three great nieces.
