He is survived by : his son Chase Koch; his mother Renee Sivert; his siblings, Shaun Koch and Jamie Koch; his grandfather Robert Koch; and his uncles, Robert and Dave Koch. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
