He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Maguschak, Sr. and Lois P. Maguschak (Stewart); his sister Susan; and his nephew Aaron Allen. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Maguschak (Valuska); his siblings, Steven Maguschak (Tina), David Maguschak (Suzanne) and Cathy Allen; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Valuska (Kelly), Kimberlee Valuska and Karen Mathis (Mike); and his daughter Michelle McCready (Shawn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
