He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Barnett Sr. (Ricky) and Barbara Jean White. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Greene, Tammy Ingram, Melissa Ingram, Michelle Barnett, Michael Barnett, Amber Barnett, Matthew Barnett and Wyatt Barnett; and his siblings, Raymond Barnett, Tammy Ford and Jeane.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Belle View Church of Christ (301 Ohio St, Steubenville, OH 43952).
