He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Barker and Alma Barker (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Barker (Malnar); his stepson Wayne Richardson of Mississippi; his stepbrother Larry Beck of Texas; and his sisters, Carol Poole of Chillicothe and Evon Jochec of Texas. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
