He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wormhoudt and Elaine Wormhoudt. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Wormhoudt (Victor Castros) of Stow and John Wormhoudt of Milwaukee, WI; and his grandson Gavin Wormhoudt.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home - Tallmadge (17 Southwest Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278).
