She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Thomas and Lexie Louise Burch (Moore); her children, Ethel Kempton of Strasburg, Floyd Thomas Leggett (Diane) of Bergholtz, Bradford Aaron Leggett (Barbara) of West Union and Darrell Elmore Leggett (Ann) of West Union; and her husband Robert Ellsworth Hart. She was also cherished by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
