She was predeceased by: her parents, John Placko and Mary Placko; and her siblings, Mary Karaffa, Ruth Olson, Sue March, Richard L. Placko, Sam Placko, Andrew Placko and John Placko.
She is survived by: her husband Rick DeAnna; her children, Deborah Hess and Rick DeAnna (Theresa); her granddaughters, Sandra Stepan (Joseph), Nicole Mooney (Brandan) and Julie Bugno (Jake); and her stepgrandchildren, Keri Roach (Tim) and Keralynn Granone. She is also survived by six great‑grandchildren.
