She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas M. Latza; her parents, George Wayne and Winifred Genevieve Cook; and her siblings, Linda Carol Sherman and David Wayne Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Gillum (Steve) and Chris Latza (Tammie); and her grandson Aidan Michael Latza.
