He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James R. Ptacek and Amy Huff Colombo; his stepparent Mellise Ptacek; his siblings, Mellise Ptacek and Oksana Colombo; his grandparents, James, Rita Ptacek, Debbie Widolf, Marlene and Marty Noton; his uncles, David Ptacek (Holly) and Michael Ptacek (Michelle); his aunt Lisa Wellman (James); his cousins, Molly, Michael, Tommy, Marissa, Ryan, Makenzie, Matthew and Nicholas; and his pets, Bean, Nug, Rosie, Miller and Bailey.
