He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Harver; his son Edward Harver III; his grandson Edward Harver IV; and his brother William Harver. He is survived by: his parent Rose Marie Harver-Phillips; his wife Joyce; his daughters, Kim Spitak (Paul), Terri Lundy and Gloria Chepak; his stepdaughter Dena LePore (Richard); his sisters, Sandra Harver and Stephanie Szoke (Ron); and his grandchildren, Erica, Dana, Bobby, Michael, Kristen, Kaitlin, Jimmy, Jessica, Gina, Alexandria and Anthony. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be sent to the Hospice House of the Mahoning Valley.
