He is survived by: his wife Monica Burns; his sons, Jacob William of Washington, DC, Dakota James of Willoughby and Haven Jeffrey of Kent; his sisters, Gayle Ridge (Jim) of Poland and Janice Blucker (Gary) of Struthers; his uncle Donald Nicolls of New Castle; and his aunt Mary Nicolls of Columbus.
