She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Gerald Yoho. She is survived by: her parents, Glen E. and Bonnie L. Leavitt (Fadeley); her husband Robert J. Pavelko; her children, Amy Fedor (David) of Struthers, Frank Ciavarella (Amy) and Brian Ciavarella (Jessica); her sister Cheryl Leavitt Yoho (Gerald) of Kannapolis; her stepdaughter Renee Pavelko of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Kaye Moyer, Gage Moyer, Gia, Ian, Isabella Ciavarella, Hannah, Natalie and Brady Fedor; her nieces and nephews, David Montgomery, Garrett Yoho, Jessica Yow, Vincent Yow, Brittany Gauer and Tessa Triguillo; and her close friends, Patty Antonelli and Brenda Nichols. She is also survived by many cousins and relatives.
