She is survived by: her husband Justin; her children, Charlotte and Jacob; her parents, David McClevish of Slippery Rock, PA and Laurie McClevish of Slippery Rock, PA; her parents-in-law, Gary DuBois (Deborah) of Grafton, WV and Dian DuBois of Falling Water, WV; and her brothers, Jason McClevish (Kate) of Spencer and Hunter McClevish of Ellwood City, PA..
