It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Marie Kolb (Sullivan, Ohio), born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on January 22, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Jerry Kolb of Sullivan; her son Andrew Kolb (Megan); her grandchildren, Madelyn, Kaylee and Austin; and her sister Diana Arnold of Fishers, IN..
