It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Horner (Swanton, Ohio), born in Lebanon, Indiana, who passed away on September 14, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Silas and Velma DeBord (Williams); and her former husband James. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Delgado, Sally Thompson, David Horner (Marsha), Kathy Baker and Becky Keifer (Tom); and her sisters-in-law, Sylvia DeBord (Fletcher) and Janet Horner. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
The family asks that any memorial contributions be made to Transport for Christ, Samaritans Purse- Operation Christmas Child, or the Christian Fellowship Church.
