He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Shipman; his children, Together, Jeremie Johnson (Amanda), Ryan Johnson (Fiancee Arianna), Kyle Johnson (Christina), Derek Johnson, Phyllis Rettig (Ashton) and Donald William Johnson II; his grandchildren, Hannah, Madison, Jacob, Caleb, Lily, Kimberly, Lucas and Ethan; his parents, Daniel Johnson and Matilda Johnson; his sisters, Christina Stoker (Mike), Deborah Orel, Brenda Humberston (Glenn), Audrey Johnson and Paula Smith; his father-in-law Philip Shipman; his brother Perry Shipman (Brenda); and his sister-in-law Laura O'Niell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
