He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard, Sr. and Mae Zolciak (Reimer); and his siblings, Suzanne Hansen (Jan), Gloria Hansen (Rich) and Robert Zolciak, Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Leota "Lee" Zolciak (Strouse); his daughter Connie Umfleet (Dan); his granddaughters, Josie and Justine; his son Timothy A. Zolciak; and his siblings, Mary Ann Hatcher (Jack), Leonard, Jr. Michael (Christine), Dale Zolciak (Sue) and Timothy J. Zolciak (Karen).
