We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2020, at the age of 102, Lavonne Murphy (Swanton, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Scherf and Marian Scherf (Rathbun); her husband John R. Murphy; her children, John Murphy (Sally), Anita Douglas and Colleen McQuade (Matthew); her grandchildren, Shannon Marquette (Jim), Carmell Kelbley (Dave), John Murphy, Kendal Douglas, Bryce Douglas (Shannon), Megan McQuade and Matthew McQuade (Stephanie); and her close friend Helen Murphy.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, a private graveside service is planned.
The family requests memorials be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church, 210 N. Main St., Swanton, OH 43558.
