She was predeceased by: her siblings, Charles Wellman, Mack Wellman and Carol Deniston. She is survived by: her husband Merle; her children, Tom Sampson (Paula) of Holland, Bill Sampson (Pauline) of Lake Hills and Bob Sampson (Callie) of Claremont; and her grandchildren, Andrea Sampson, Jonna Alexander (Will), Ray Haywood (Amanda), Catrina Sampson, Emily Sampson, Mindy Sampson and Kiel Sampson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
