He is survived by: his parents, Diana Shanly (Rick Cocke) and Raymond Shanly; his sister Kerry Shanly; his daughters, Kalila Shanly and Kaori Shanly; his stepson Kane Heilman; his significant other Sarah Ramirez; his children, Caleb, Emma and Layne; and his sibling's children, Brandon Hook, Tyler Boerst and Alyssa Boerst. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.
