It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott James Mroczkowski (Swanton, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on July 24, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Mroczkowski. He is survived by: his mother Mary Mroczkowski (Sturt); his sisters, Linda Carter (Brett) and Robin Fox (Jeff); and his nieces, Heather Szymkowiak (Dan) and Deborah Creque.

The family suggests giving memorial donations to a charity of the donor's choice.
