It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Eckard (Symmes Township, Ohio), born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on April 1, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her child Carman Huxel; and her siblings, Helen Wilson, Glenn Killian, Jocie Daggett, Virginia Shuford, John Killian and Jerry Killian.
She is survived by: her spouse Spurgeon Eugene Eckard; her daughters, Patricia Hare (Daniel) and Peggy Schmidt (Harry); her grandchildren, Kristina Palmer, Andrew Hare, Sara Clifford, Laura Schmidt and Morgan Butler; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Palmer, Jared Palmer, Warren Clifford, Phoenix Clifford and Cali Butler.
