She was predeceased by: her parent Harry W. Staten; and her siblings, Walter Staten and Pearl Henry. She is survived by: her parent Violet D. Lester Staten; her spouse Homer E. O'Nail Jr.; her sons, Patrick O'Nail (Missy) of The Plains and Gene O'Nail (Linda) of Chauncey; her grandchildren, Cory Ringer (Cherokee), Heyley Thomas, Gavin O'Nail and Logan O'Nail; her great grandchildren, Kinsley and Ryder Ringer; and her sisters, Patricia Staten of Chauncey, Lovinna Hope (Jerry) of Santa Anna and Marilynn Martin of Hockingport. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
