Flowers Smith; his daughters, Christina Kelly (Tim) of Nelsonville, Jackie Courtney (Ronald) of The Plains and Dawn Miller (Curtis) of Crooksville; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Krivesti of The Plains; his sons, James Blackford of Athens, Thomas Blackford of Athens and Christopher J. Smith (Tricia) of Shade; his grandchildren, David, Lakota, Chyanne, Willow, Tommy, Tina, Terra, Cassie, Erik, Christopher, Katelyn, Carson and Caden; his great grandchildren, Freddy, Rebbecca, James, Dillon, Hanna and Charlie; and his spouse Janice O. Stalder Smith.
