He was predeceased by : his parents, Silas Frank and Hazel Catherine Parkinson (Irwin); his wife Nancy Parkinson; and his son Randy A. Parkinson. He is survived by : his children, Doug K. Parkinson (Kevin Bechtel), Russell "Jay" Parkinson (Lisa Arnold) and Deanna L. Parkinson; his grandchildren, Travis Barrera, Randi Dennison, Jake Parkinson and Brock Parkinson; and his siblings, Wendell Parkinson and Liz Hunt. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service (59 N 5th St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Tom's name to Foundation of Hospice of Central Ohio. The Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service is assisting the Parkinson family with arrangements.
