She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Rodney Scott and Pearl Louise Scott (Shivna); and her brothers, Stephen Douglas Scott and Harold R. Scott (Sonny). She is survived by : her husband William C. Franklin; her daughters, Denice Mock (Jeff) and Roxane Starkey (Carl); her grandchildren, Kevin and Amy Channel (Kile); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Dennis Channel.
