She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville John and Helen Irene Hoover (Shilling); her husband Perry C. Randolph; and her son Perry C. Randolph, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Launetta K. Norris of Zanesville, Larindia J. Moore (Larry) of Glenford and Phillip E. Randolph (Rebecca) of Thornville; her brother Dwight Hoover (Kay); and her stepbrothers, Larry and Jim Klingler. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great granddaughters.
