He was predeceased by : his father Phillip E. Kissell; and his sisters, Georgia Ann and Ethel. He is survived by : his brother William "Bill" Kissell of Thornville; his nieces, Sally Peckham of Nevada, Alice Kissell of Newark and Jane Luckeydoo (Dustin Sr.) of Thornville; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Donna, Sean, Dustin Jr., Abrielle and Cheyanne.
