He is survived by : his children, Sarah Franks of Amanda, Jackie Franks of Rushville, Debbie Haines (Rodney) of Athens and Ray Franks of Thornville; and his siblings, Bobby Franks of Lancaster, David Franks of Corning and Mary Lynn of Thornville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
