She is survived by : her husband Wesley Melvin Hutchins; her son Brandon Wesley Hutchins (Michelle); her grandson Jacob Wesley Hutchins; her sisters, Linda Schadle (Dean), Peggy Reeser (George) and Tammy Tipper (Kyle); and her nieces, Michelle Taylor and Deana Schadle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Children's Hospital, or Nationwide Children's Hospital.
