He is survived by: his mother Marlene Matthews of Tiffin; his wife Gayle of Tiffin; his sons, Brad Matthews (Jaime) of Mobile, AL, Chad Matthews and Brett Matthews (Sabrina) of Tiffin; his brothers, Mike Matthews (Tammy), Tim Matthews (Sandy), Jim Matthews (Terrie) of Lawtey, FL and Daniel Matthews (Patricia) of Pueblo; and his granddaughters, Maysen, Alysen, Tabby, Mallory and Ellie.
