She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Smith and Margie Smith (Dye); her husband Edward F. Berk; and her brother Roy Smith. She is survived by: her son David Jenks (Tonya); her grandchildren, Taylor Sophia Jenks, Nathan Herres, Kristen Lancaster (Wade) and Brittany Giallanza (Mike); and her niece Glenda Sanders (Bobby). She is also survived by her extended family & many good friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home (139 S Dixie Dr, Vandalia, OH 45377). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Lorraine to the Parkinson's Foundation.
