She is survived by : her husband James Richard Oaks; her children, Lisa Ann (Tom Bragg) of Lewisburg and Thomas Richard (Michele Oaks) of Oakwood; and her sister Phyllis Lamp of Tampa, Florida..

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home (284 N Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
