He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Hagen and Laura Hagen Sr. (Baker); his sisters, Wilma Inman and Linda Crommes; and his stepsiblings, John, Mary and Grace.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hagen (Cleckner) of Tipp City; his children, Kelly Rose (Don) of Tipp City and Kurt Hagen (Kim) of Tipp City; his grandsons, Christian Kurtis Hagen, Daniel Taylor Hagen and Ryan Michael Rose; Betty Kessler of Troy, Ohio..
