He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Polinski and Pauline Polinski; and his wife Marie Polinski (Amato). He is survived by: his children, William Polinski and Toni Marie Polinski; and his brother-in-law William Amato. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
