Alonzo Lewis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alonzo Lewis of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L Lewis and Iva Jean Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Alonzo, Avante, Jordan and Olivia; his grandsons, Kaynen and Alonzo Jr.; his close friends, Krista and Jennifer; and his siblings, Elaine, Sharon, Anthony, Belinda, Greg and Stanley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.

Friends and Family are welcome for limited visitation (masks must be worn, 30 in funeral home at a time, and social distancing will be observed inside facilities) at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Saturday after 4 PM followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 7 PM.
