He is survived by: his son Michael Bill of Oregon; his grandchildren, Kyrie Rahmel (Matthew) of Toledo, Alexandra Bill of Toledo, Aislinn Bill of Toledo, Nathan Bill of Toledo, Ellie Bill of Toledo and Giselle Hovey (Shawn) of Toledo; his great grandchildren, Isla Rahmel, Olivia Hovey and Andrew Hovey; and his siblings, Carolyn Baker (Rick), Mariana Mateer, Victor Sperduto (Josephine) and Hal Bill (Charlotte). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, remained the love of his life.
